You'll need: a properly rated tow vehicle, the right hitch, a 7-way plug, and a brake controller.
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance on your tow vehicle, and a vehicle and hitch rated for the trailer and load.
$250 for the car hauler and $300 for the dump trailer. It's refundable when the trailer comes back on time and in the same condition.
